How to read this page
Commitments are extracted by our AI pipeline from each company’s quarterly earnings calls, and statuses are re-checked every earnings season as new transcripts are read — an “in progress” item stays open until a later call resolves it. Statuses may be incomplete or mismatched — “no follow-up found” means we didn’t find a later mention, not that management failed to deliver. This is not an assessment of any management team’s honesty or competence; verify individual items against the original transcript before relying on them. Text in quotation marks is management’s own wording; anything labelled “What we found” is our summary of the later call, not a quote.
