The tape

Equities closed lower Friday — SPY (SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust) fell 0.23% to $769.35, QQQ (Invesco QQQ Trust) lost 0.65% to $716.43. The 523 AI infrastructure names we track underperformed, down an average of 2.65% with 69 advancing and 451 declining — 2.42 percentage points worse than the S&P. Utilities & Energy was the steadiest major segment at -0.85% on average; Operators lagged at -5.00%. SOLS (Solstice Advanced Materials Inc.) was the standout gainer at +12.8%, while RBRK (Rubrik, Inc.) fell the most, down 13.1%. Next week's key reports start Monday with SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation), followed by DELL (Dell Technologies Inc.) on Tuesday, AVGO (Broadcom Inc.) on Wednesday, and CIEN (Ciena Corporation) on Thursday.

What's happening

IREN (IREN Limited) announced a $2.4 billion AI factory financing package led by Blue Owl managed funds. The capital is earmarked for AI data center buildout and marks one of the larger private financing events in the operator segment this cycle. The stock still closed down 12.5% on the day, but the transaction indicates large-scale funding remains accessible for AI factory operators.

NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) was cited in a SuperX purchasing update: SuperX secured a first batch of 128 NVIDIA B300 AI servers from Ezisight as part of its entry into the Australian market. The order is an early enterprise deployment of the next-generation B300 platform and adds to the pipeline of AI server capacity outside U.S. hyperscale campuses.

Supply chain read-through · News
The NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) B300 deployment could point to rising next-gen AI server volume, which may pull through memory and advanced packaging demand. AMAT (Applied Materials, Inc.) is a documented equipment supplier to major memory makers, and could see incremental tool demand if B300 attach drives higher HBM content.
IREN (IREN Limited)'s $2.4 billion financing could point to continued capital formation for operator-driven AI capacity. Power and construction contractors that serve large power projects — companies such as AGX (Argan, Inc.) and EME (EMCOR Group, Inc.) — could see follow-on demand if similar operator buildouts accelerate.
On watch

SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) reports Monday; consensus EPS stands at 2.31. As an early-week print, it will set an early tone for the earnings slate.

AVGO (Broadcom Inc.) reports Wednesday; consensus EPS sits at 3.22. Broadcom is one of the most direct public proxies for custom AI silicon demand. Its XPU/TPU franchise, Ethernet switching, and SerDes attach rates are the variables to watch — hyperscale custom silicon orders and networking growth commentary will ripple across the entire AI silicon supply chain.

DELL (Dell Technologies Inc.) reports Tuesday; consensus EPS stands at 4.91. DELL (Dell Technologies Inc.) is a direct read on AI server unit economics — order backlog, average selling prices, and liquid-cooling attach will frame the server supply chain. With AVGO (Broadcom Inc.) reporting a day later, DELL (Dell Technologies Inc.)'s print sets the early tone for AI infrastructure earnings this week.

CIEN (Ciena Corporation) reports Thursday; consensus EPS is 1.73. CIEN (Ciena Corporation)'s optical networking order book is a barometer for data center interconnect investment. Commentary on 800G and 1.6T module demand will help gauge the pace of AI-driven bandwidth upgrades across the networking segment.

CRDO (Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd) reports Tuesday with consensus EPS of 1.17. HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company) and NTAP (NetApp, Inc.) both report Wednesday — consensus EPS of 0.93 and 2.12, respectively. CRDO (Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd) checks AEC connectivity attach in AI clusters; HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company) offers a second view on AI server competition; NTAP (NetApp, Inc.) covers enterprise storage demand tied to AI data pipelines.
