What's happening

CoreWeave signed a 15-year anchor lease at the Niagara Falls AI campus. The release out this morning states that Blockfusion signed a 15-year anchor lease with CRWV (CoreWeave, Inc. Class A Common Stock) at the Niagara Falls AI Campus. Long-duration capacity commitments are a direct signal that the company expects sustained GPU and AI workload demand.

Astera Labs expanded its Leo smart memory controller family. ALAB (Astera Labs, Inc. Common Stock) said it bolstered its Leo Smart Memory Controller family for agentic AI and general-purpose cloud workloads. The expansion extends ALAB's controller portfolio for AI and cloud workloads.

AMD announced a RISC-V datacenter software collaboration for ROCm. AMD (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.) is optimizing its ROCm stack for RISC-V datacenter servers, broadening the host CPU options for AMD accelerators. The effort matters because ROCm is the software layer that determines how well AMD GPUs scale outside traditional x86 server environments; broader host support could make AMD-based AI infrastructure easier to deploy in custom and sovereign datacenter builds.

Supply chain read-through · News
CRWV's Niagara Falls anchor lease could point to stronger site-level demand for electrical and thermal infrastructure. We do not have a documented direct supplier relationship here, but names such as ETN (Eaton Corporation plc) and VRT (Vertiv Holdings Co) may benefit if the campus adds power distribution, backup, and cooling as the anchor tenancy expands.
ALAB's Leo Smart Memory Controller expansion may be a positive for TSM (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited), a documented fab partner for ALAB. A broader controller portfolio could translate into additional leading-edge wafer demand if the products ramp into volume.
AMD's ROCm-on-RISC-V effort could broaden demand for system IP in custom server silicon. AIP (Arteris, Inc.) is a documented supplier to AMD and may benefit from any resulting RISC-V server chip development that uses network-on-chip and interface IP.
On watch

On the company side, we are watching whether the CoreWeave Niagara Falls anchor lease translates into follow-on site work, and whether ALAB's Leo controllers move from product announcements to customer qualifications.

On the company side, CHRN (ChronoScale Corporation) reports 2026-09-21 and is a top-1 by importance (45). Watch for its report on that date.
