The tape

Friday’s tape was positive for the broad market and better for the AI infrastructure complex. SPY closed at $764.29, up 0.85%, and QQQ gained 0.87% to $714.88. Our 523-stock AI infrastructure universe rose 1.35% on average — 50 basis points better than SPY — with 369 names advancing, 149 declining, and five flat. Servers & Compute led the major segments at +4.14%, while Power Generation lagged at -1.19%. The standout was HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company) at +12.4%, and the largest decliner was SMR (NuScale Power Corporation) at -15.7%. The earnings calendar is light this week: RFIL (RF Industries, Ltd.) and CHRN (ChronoScale Corporation) report Monday.

What's happening

VICR (Vicor Corporation) is adding manufacturing space for its high-density power modules. The company said it acquired sites for additional ChiP fabs, expanding its footprint for power conversion components used in high-performance compute. Vicor shares rose 11.2% on Friday, the strongest move in the Power Systems segment.

CLS (Celestica Inc.) announced a new leadership structure that management said will support “unprecedented growth.”

SMCI (Super Micro Computer, Inc.) is facing a new legal overhang after a law firm said it is investigating the company’s officers and directors. The announcement does not detail specific allegations.

LEU (Centrus Energy Corp.) disclosed a material agreement in an 8-K, along with a Reg FD disclosure. The filing did not specify the counterparty or terms, but it puts nuclear fuel supply back in focus for the Power Generation complex.

Supply chain read-through · News
VICR (Vicor Corporation)'s additional ChiP fab sites may support incremental demand for semiconductor capital equipment. Companies such as AMAT (Applied Materials, Inc.) and ACLS (Axcelis Technologies, Inc.) could see follow-on demand as power module manufacturing expands, though Vicor has not identified its equipment suppliers.
CLS (Celestica Inc.)'s leadership restructuring around growth could be a positive signal for other electronics manufacturing services names. Peers such as FLEX (Flex Ltd.) and JBL (Jabil Inc.) may be seeing similar AI compute and networking demand, though no direct supply relationship is claimed.
The SMCI (Super Micro Computer, Inc.) investigation could shift near-term server share if customers grow cautious. Competitors such as HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company) and DELL (Dell Technologies Inc.) may benefit at the margin, though the investigation announcement alone does not establish any wrongdoing.
LEU (Centrus Energy Corp.)'s material agreement could be a positive signal for nuclear fuel availability. Advanced reactor developers such as OKLO (Oklo Inc.) and SMR (NuScale Power Corporation) may benefit if enrichment and fuel supply become more accessible, but the filing does not disclose the counterparty.
On watch

RFIL (RF Industries, Ltd.) reports Monday with a consensus EPS estimate of $0.20. The company’s RF interconnect components are used in networking infrastructure, making the report a small but direct read on connector and cabling demand for data center and telecom buildouts.

CHRN (ChronoScale Corporation) also reports Monday, with a consensus EPS estimate of -$0.0626. Details are limited, but the report will update the company’s financial trajectory and could add color on edge or compute hardware markets.
