The tape

The prior session closed modestly lower — SPY lost 0.20% to $776.34 and QQQ slipped 0.14% to $731.07. The 523-stock AI infrastructure universe outperformed the broad tape, with 344 advancers against 172 decliners and 7 flat, averaging a +1.11% move — +1.31% relative to SPY. Silicon design led the major segments at +2.38%, while software and design lagged at -1.24%. IPWR (Ideal Power Inc.) was the standout gainer at +22.8%, and TSSI (TSS, Inc.) fell 19.1% on the downside. This week’s reporting calendar opens Monday with FN (Fabrinet), moves through VNET (VNET Group, Inc.) and KEYS (Keysight Technologies, Inc.) on Tuesday, then ADI (Analog Devices, Inc.) and WOLF (Wolfspeed Inc.) on Wednesday, and closes Friday with SHMD (SCHMID Group N.V. Class A Ordinary Shares).

What reported

HIVE (HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd.) reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $79.1 million. The company said contracted GPU cloud annualized recurring revenue reached approximately $110 million. The update shows the GPU cloud model building contracted recurring revenue even as quarterly reported revenue reflects current deployment and capacity timing.

HIVE’s contracted GPU cloud ARR build could be a positive demand signal for merchant accelerator platforms. Companies such as NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) and AMD (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.) may see sustained demand as hosted GPU operators scale contracted AI compute capacity.
What's happening

Core Scientific completed a digital-infrastructure acquisition. CORZ (Core Scientific, Inc.) completed its acquisition of the Polaris DS platform, advancing the planned Muskogee expansion to 1.5 GW of gross power. The announcement moves a large power-centric compute site further toward execution and adds directly to the map of high-density AI infrastructure capacity.

Brookfield completed the Boralex acquisition. BAM (Brookfield Asset Management Ltd.) and BEP (Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P.) announced completion of the acquisition of BLX (Boralex). The transaction expands Brookfield’s renewable generation portfolio, which sits on the power-supply side of the AI buildout.

Diodes priced a convertible note offering. DIOD (Diodes Incorporated) announced pricing of a private placement of convertible senior notes. The raise puts new capital on the balance sheet for the silicon design name, which sells analog and discrete components into industrial, communications, and compute markets.

Cerebras set a SUPERNOVA livestream. CBRS (Cerebras Systems Inc.) will host a livestream of its 2026 SUPERNOVA event. The company did not detail the agenda in the release, but the event is its primary venue for platform and technology updates on wafer-scale AI compute.

Supply chain read-through · News
CORZ’s move toward 1.5 GW of gross power could point to incremental demand for high-capacity electrical distribution and cooling equipment. Companies such as VRT, MOD, and AEIS (Advanced Energy Industries, Inc.) may be relevant, though no direct supplier relationship is confirmed in the data we track.
The expanded renewable portfolio at BAM and BEP could widen clean-power procurement options for data center developers. Utilities and independent power producers such as AEP (American Electric Power Company, Inc.) and AES (The AES Corporation) may see similar asset and contract activity if the pace of renewable-backed data center deals continues.
DIOD’s capital raise may support capacity or product expansion in the analog/discrete silicon supply chain. If the capital translates into equipment purchases, semiconductor equipment names such as AMAT (Applied Materials, Inc.) and AEHR (Aehr Test Systems) may see follow-on demand.
CBRS’s SUPERNOVA event may bring renewed investor attention to advanced packaging and optical interconnect supply chains. AAOI (Applied Optoelectronics, Inc.) may be relevant as wafer-scale compute platforms require densely integrated networking.
On watch

FN (Fabrinet) reports Monday with an EPS estimate of $3.81. Fabrinet is a key read on optical packaging and manufacturing capacity for AI networking transceivers; the print will show whether 800G and 1.6T module demand is translating into volume. Also Monday, BHP (BHP Group Limited) reports with an EPS estimate of $2.67, and CHRN (ChronoScale Corporation) reports with an EPS estimate of -0.0626.

VNET (VNET Group, Inc.) reports Tuesday with an EPS estimate of -0.05575, alongside KEYS (Keysight Technologies, Inc.) at an estimate of $2.48. VNET is a direct read on Chinese data center leasing and capacity, while Keysight’s test-and-measurement demand touches both networking and chip development.

ADI (Analog Devices, Inc.) reports Wednesday with an EPS estimate of $3.34. NDSN (Nordson Corporation) reports the same day at $3.09, and WOLF (Wolfspeed Inc.) reports at -$2.45. The ADI and Wolfspeed prints matter for power-management and silicon-carbide content in high-performance power architectures.

SHMD (SCHMID Group N.V. Class A Ordinary Shares) reports Friday. No EPS estimate was provided in the data we track, but the company’s advanced packaging and wet processing equipment exposure makes it a useful read on panel-level and advanced substrate production.
