The tape

Equities were mixed — SPY closed at $769.83, up 0.31%, while QQQ slipped 0.09% to $716.84. Our 523-stock AI infrastructure universe underperformed with an average move of -1.29%; 195 names advanced, 325 declined, and 3 were flat, leaving the group 1.60 percentage points below SPY. Services & Investment led segments at +0.89%, while Other lagged at -6.33%. SBSW (Sibanye Stillwater Limited) was the standout at +8.4%, and WYFI (WhiteFiber, Inc.) was the biggest decliner at -25.7% after pricing an upsized convertible note. Today's earnings slate includes ADI (Analog Devices, Inc.), NDSN (Nordson Corporation), SQM (Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A.), WOLF (Wolfspeed Inc.), and CHRN (ChronoScale Corporation); later this week, GRRR (Gorilla Technology Group Inc.) reports Thursday and SHMD (SCHMID Group N.V.) reports Friday.

What reported

RNW (ReNew Energy Global Plc) reported EPS of $0.17, compared with the $0.12 estimate.

KEYS (Keysight Technologies, Inc.) reported EPS of $3.07 versus the $2.48 estimate.

VNET (VNET Group, Inc.) reported an EPS loss of -$0.06, missing the $0.18 estimate.

MRCY (Mercury Systems, Inc.) reported EPS of $0.37, slightly below the $0.38 estimate.

Supply chain read-through · Earnings
KEYS stronger-than-expected result could be a positive signal for test and measurement demand more broadly, with potential read-through to semiconductor capital equipment names such as AMAT (Applied Materials, Inc.) and KLAC (KLA Corporation) if chipmakers maintain validation and process-control budgets.
VNET miss could weigh on China-exposed data center operators, though no confirmed relationship in our data ties the result directly to the US AI infrastructure supply chain.
What's happening

NBIS (Nebius Group N.V.) announced a proposed private offering of $4.50 billion of convertible senior notes. The AI cloud operator has been scaling compute infrastructure and is drawing capital to support that buildout; shares fell 11.3% in the prior session.

WYFI (WhiteFiber, Inc.) priced an upsized $270.0 million convertible senior notes offering. The stock was the universe's largest decliner at -25.7%, reflecting dilution concerns alongside the capital raise.

AGPU (Axe Compute Inc.) said it received $317 million in customer prepayments under global AI infrastructure contracts. Customer prepayments give the company predictable capital to fund additional GPU compute capacity.

BE (Bloom Energy Corporation) introduced Power Connect, a product the company says cuts onsite power installation time by more than 40%. Faster deployment matters for data center power schedules, where time-to-power remains a key constraint.

Supply chain read-through · News
NBIS financing could support additional AI capacity procurement. BE (Bloom Energy) is a documented fuel cell supplier to Nebius, so continued NBIS infrastructure spend may be a positive for Bloom's deployment pipeline.
AGPU prepayment intake could translate into additional purchases from NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation), which is documented as AGPU's primary GPU supplier.
On watch

SHMD reports Friday; no EPS estimate is listed. The company's wafer processing and packaging equipment exposure makes it a useful read across advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

GRRR reports Thursday with consensus EPS of $0.27. The AI infrastructure and analytics vendor could provide demand signals for software and integration tied to buildouts.

NDSN reports today with consensus EPS of $3.09. Precision dispensing and fluid management systems in semiconductor packaging make this a secondary read on advanced packaging demand.

ADI reports today with consensus EPS of $3.34. Analog, power management, and data converter content is directly relevant to AI power delivery and sensor interfaces. A pre-market release is out, but actuals will be handled against consensus once the reported table updates.

Also reporting today are SQM, WOLF, and CHRN; these are lower-importance for the AI infrastructure supply chain but remain tracked.
